• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for products that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond their intended purpose.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Process:

• Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Shipping:

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product(s).

Return Authorization (RA#):

• Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package when returning the product(s) to us.
