VC 500 12V

The VC50012V is a vertical capstan windlass designed for versatility and reliability, compatible with 6 mm (metric only) short link chain and 12 mm (½") nylon rope. Its simplified through-deck installation and modular design ensure straightforward fitting, while above-deck components feature a premium chrome-over marine-grade bronze finish. Below deck, an anodized aluminum gearbox and spacer provide strength and corrosion resistance. Ideal for anchor recovery, docking, and mooring on larger vessels, it also serves as an efficient alternative to electric sheet winches on sailboats for hauling halyards and sheets. The independent MAX-grip™ snag-free warping drum allows rope hauling from any direction, accommodating decks up to 2 inches thick.
